SALE TERMS:
- It is hereby informed “https://accespc.in or its parent concern “Access Computers” is a distribution company and is not a manufacturer.
- We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the Goods & Service Tax Act India 2017 is in force.
- For all Tax / GST Calculations / Orders, its deemed that our online website is based as in state of Tamil Nadu.
- To Avail the facility of Claiming GST Please Provide the GST Number at the time of Order.
- Changes affecting GST reporting will not be made after Generating the Invoice.
- Goods will be shipped only after Receipt of Payment.
- Payments: Access Computers is proud to use a Secured Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
- If you have an Existing Credit Account with us, then the Payment can be done within 21 days of Receipt of Goods.
- We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any Order or service at any time if unable to Serve / Supply or for any practical difficulty.
- Materials sold are in their Original Sealed Pack Condition Only. We will only inspect the content only if specifically requested by email.
- Electronic products require technically qualified PC Hardware engineer for installation / Professional handing with utmost care.
- Goods once sold will be taken back or exchanged (subject to our approval) only if sent in Original Sealed Condition and reaches us within Seven days of Sale.
- The Product Package is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and our company is not liable for the physical damage.
- No User / Client / Customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions.
- The Court at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Delivery of all orders will be to registered address (if no separate Delivery address is provided) of the buyer as per the Order.
- Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are shipped through Reputed Registered Domestic Courier Companies and /or Speed Post only.
- Transit Insurance is not included and has to be availed separately by the Buyer.
- We are responsible for the Goods till they leave our warehouse / Store.
- Delta Peripherals is not liable for any delay in delivery or misadventures of the courier / shipping company.
- For International buyers: We Do Not Ship to outside India. You can Place order for delivery within INDIA / arrange pickup.
WARRANTY TERMS:
- All products have “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” Only. It means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor Only.
- Unless specified as onsite warranty, All products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty from the Brand / Manufacturer.
- We are a Seller / Reseller / Trader only and hence are not liable for the warranty / support provided by the Brand owners.
- The Buyer has to produce a copy of our invoice for warranty / Support purposes.
- We will assist the user to claim warranty from the Manufacturer, based on the Terms of Use of the Product / Brand.
- Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition.
- Products with broken / burnt part or with pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions. Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product
- Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service center then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.
- Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced or rejected as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.
- We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.
- If we act as your forwarding agent to claim warranty, then results of warranty items will be known in a couple of weeks time subject to supplier / mfrs. approval.
Any service litigation or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof. - Customer Care Center working time: Monday to Friday – 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Saturday & Sunday Holiday.
